Lynn Hunsaker, Customer Retention Expert, ClearAction Lynn Hunsaker develops customer retention strategies and processes as founder of ClearAction and team leader of Marketing Operations Partners' suite of Customer Profitability services. In 20 years at Applied Materials, Business Insights, Tragon, and Sonoco, Lynn directed product management, alliances, market research, marcom, customer satisfaction improvement, metrics, quality tools, recognition and executive incentive programs, process improvement, and change management. She is an AMA Professional Certified Marketer, ASQ Certified Quality Manager, and Qualified MBTIŽ Practitioner. Lynn teaches courses at UC Berkeley Extension, SJSU and Mission College. She earned psychology and marketing degrees at Brigham Young University and an MBA at Vanderbilt University. For 10 years Lynn participated on the SVAMA Board of Directors, including chapter President in 1998-1999, when SVAMA received AMA's Chapter Excellence Award for overall performance relative to similar size chapters. Alison Shaffer, Senior Direct Marketing Manager at WebEx Communications, has extensive experience developing successful customer relationship management strategies. Previously at Yahoo! she was senior customer relationship manager of Yahoo! Personals, at Intuit she was senior privacy manager and senior database marketing manager, and at Hallmark Cards she was database and catalog marketing manager. She earned a BA in journalism and marketing at Ohio University and an MBA at Northwestern University.
Mike Walsh, CEO and Founder, drives vision and corporate innovation for Leverage Software. As a pioneer in Online Communities, Mr. Walsh has been instrumental in developing revolutionary business applications for social networking including sales lead generation, word of mouth marketing, employee recruitment, and brand building.
